Adrenaline trekking across Sentiero Costanzi in the Brenta Dolomites

Six days of Adrenaline trekking across rugged mountain ridges in the Brenta Dolomites to the King’s Path of the Via Ferrata routes, “the Bocchete Alte”. Alternately you climb or hike across hiking trails, via ferrata trails or equipped alpine routes with steel cables and ladders. On the way to the Bocchete Alte, you cross one of the most spectacular and wildest equipped alpinist routes in the Brenta Dolomites, “Sentiero Costanzi”.

Including overnight stay in a Bivouac

Sentiero Costanzi and Bochette Alte are for people with experience, with a stable pace, who can carry a heavier backpack and do not suffer from vertigo. At many places you are exposed to the elements and you have to pass steep precipices. The second overnight stay is at a Bivouac situated at 2.790m, for this night you need to carry water, food and a sleeping bag. Experience and a good condition are required.

Day 1: Lago di Tovel 1180m, Malga Tuena 1749m.
Day 2: Mountain Pass Pracastron 2503m, Sentiero Costanzi, Bivouac Bonvecchio 2790m (bring enough water and food).
Day 3: Sentiero Costanzi, Refuge Graffer.
Day 4: Via Ferrata “Alfredo Benini”, Via Ferrata “Le Bochette Alte” Refuge Alimonta 2580m
Day 5: Via Ferrata Sosat, Refuge Tuckett, Mountain hut Graffer 2262m
Day 6: Bocca dei 3 Sassi, Passo Val Gelada (2.677), Malga Tuenna
Day 7: Lago di Tovel
